Project: Inside Out  is a comprehensive training program that builds strong, compassion-based leadership skills for students, while addressing the serious issue of bullying.

As a non-profit organization, Project: Inside Out is designed to guide participants of all of our programs through self-discovery, team building, understanding and acceptance of others different from themselves.

With the growing number of reports of bullying in our schools and communities, it is our goal to address this issue in the most positive way possible.

Our focus is for every student to recognize and appreciate their personal and unique gifts and qualities. This approach is based on the fact that when one has a strong and healthy sense of who they are, they will feel no need to compare themselves to others, or to judge, tease or bully anyone else.

By the same token, as students are strengthened by feeling confident in themselves, they are not as negatively affected by the words and actions of others.

It is this positive focus of respect for self and others that is the foundation of our anti-bullying program and the leadership training that the students receive.
